Terms and Conditions

• This sales promotion is organized by Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited ("the Bank") to provide exclusive privileges to customers who "register" through the LINE Krungthai Connext channel or through the promotions menu on the Krungthai NEXT application before or on the day of transferring funds internationally through Western Union via Krungthai NEXT ("Customers") during 14th April 2024, at 00:01 hours – 29th June 2024, at 25:59 hours (Thailand time), a total of 11 weeks, unless the allocated number of privileges is fully redeemed before the end of the campaign period. Customers will receive a 200-baht Shopee voucher ("Voucher") in accordance with the conditions set by the Bank.
• The privilege to receive a Shopee voucher is limited to the first 100 registrations per week or a total limit of 1,100 privileges throughout the duration of this sales promotion. The privileges will be reset every Sunday as follows:
  • 1st week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 14th April 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 2nd week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 21st April 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 3rd week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 28th April 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 4th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 5th May 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 5th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 12th May 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 6th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 19th May 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 7th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 26th May 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 8th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 2nd June 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 9th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 9th June 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 10th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 16th June 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 11th week: eligible privileges will be collected from Sunday, 23rd June 2024, at 00:01 hours.
• The privilege to receive a Shopee voucher is limited to 1 privilege/customer/month, with a maximum of 3 privileges throughout the duration of the campaign. The privilege resets on the first day of each month, as follows:
  • 1st calendar month: privileges will be collected from 14th April 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 2nd calendar month: privileges will be collected from 1st May 2024, at 00:01 hours.
  • 3rd calendar month: privileges will be collected from 1st June 2024, at 00:01 hours.
• Customers must register for the privilege through the LINE Krungthai Connext channel or through the promotion menu on the Krungthai NEXT application before or on the day of transferring funds internationally through Western Union via Krungthai NEXT.
• Customers who are eligible in accordance with the conditions will receive the voucher through LINE Krungthai Connext within 30 days after the end of each month's sales promotion, as follows:
  • Transactions during 14th – 30th April, 2024, customers will receive the Shopee voucher by 31st May 2024.
  • Transactions during 1st – 31st May 2024, customers will receive the Shopee voucher by 30th June 2024.
  • Transactions during 1st – 29th June 2024, customers will receive the Shopee voucher by 29th July 2024.
• Customers must be registered users of and utilize the Bank's LINE Krungthai Connext service throughout the duration of the sales promotion campaign until the day they receive the Shopee vouchers. Additionally, customers must not block the LINE message receipt. If the Shopee voucher is lost or if customers block or delete the message, the Bank reserves the right to refuse any compensation or replacement in all cases. Each Shopee discount voucher can be used only once per purchase order.
• Customers can enter this Shopee voucher code before making payment on the Shopee application. It is applicable to all categories of products except tickets and gift cards, infant formula milk powder (Formula 1 and 2), gold bars, gold sheets, gold necklaces, gold rings, gold earrings, gold bracelets, diamonds, diamond necklaces, diamond rings, diamond earrings, diamond bracelets, and products controlled by law.
• In case of order cancellation, the customer will not be able to request a refund/compensation for the value of the Shopee voucher.
• The Shopee voucher cannot be transferred, converted into cash, or refunded under any circumstances.
• The voucher received can be used immediately or kept for later use within the specified validity period. If the voucher is not utilized within the designated timeframe, the Bank reserves the right not to compensate or provide any alternative form of compensation to customers.
• Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or cancel this promotion, whether in whole or in part, including changes to similar or equivalent privileges. The Bank shall announce or notify customers no less than 3 days before the effective date via the Bank’s website or other channels as specified by the Bank. Unless the customers do not incur any disadvantage, in this case, the Bank may not provide prior notification. In the event of any dispute or disagreements related to this promotion, the Bank’s decision shall be deemed final.
• The Bank is not involved in the production, provision, distribution, import and/or delivery of goods/services under this sales promotion. Therefore, the Bank reserves the right to refuse any responsibility for cases of loss, damage, destruction, or defect related to such goods/services. If customers experience any damage or issues with the products/services, or if they require receipts or invoices, please directly contact the respective sellers/manufacturers/service providers.
